Attorney Frank Burghartz
Frank can look back on more than 40 years of professional experience as a lawyer. His focus in a no longer manageable number of mandates is in litigation and the development of litigation strategies - especially in cross-border proceedings - as well as measures and concepts in the area of labor, family and inheritance law, forward-looking legal advice and out-of-court dispute resolution.
Family-run, medium-sized companies in particular rely on the advice and expertise of Frank when it comes to labor law, inheritance or family law issues. Frank knows the needs of his clients, the day-to-day running of their business and their interests, especially when it comes to succession planning. He pays attention to close personal support, is usually there right from the start and avoids unnecessary conflicts.
However, for Frank, a court case is not a bad thing, which should be avoided at all costs. In his opinion, the resolute and committed law suit is the most important means of achieving success after failed out-of-court goals. For him, there is a simple recipe for success in the process: intensive cooperation between lawyer and client.
Frank is admitted to all district, regional and higher regional courts in Germany. Correspondence languages are German and English.
